All guests are required to fill up Information Sheet Form (personal profile, time/date of check-in and check out).

Payment should be made upon check-in or per arrangement basis with the authorized staff of the School.

Only authorized person/persons are allowed inside the room. Paying occupants are allowed to receive guest/s at the receiving room or at the lobby. Guests are not allowed to use the comfort room/bathroom inside the dormitory.

No smoking inside the room. Smoking is not allowed within SOLAIR premises.

Washing and ironing of clothes are not allowed inside the room.

Cooking and heating of foods are not allowed inside the room.

For monthly occupants, use of the following are not allowed inside the room: rice cooker, electric stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, fruit blender, bread toaster, computer printer and flat screen tv.

Please put off air conditioning units and lights when not in use. For monthly occupants, air conditioning is allowed on a 12 hour basis.

Vandalism, disturbing peace and other unlawful use of rooms are strictly prohibited.

Put all your garbage/trash in the garbage bins. Every morning, the assigned utility worker will collect your garbage bags/cans for proper disposal.

For monthly occupants, changing of clean linens is once every two weeks or per arrangements basis.

Pets are strictly prohibited inside the room.

Don't leave your valuables unattended inside your room. The management of the School is not liable to any loss of valuables.

The Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person violating any of the above mentioned rules.

CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 noon.

Please leave your keys to the guard upon check out or when leaving the SOLAIR premises.
