The UP SOLAIR Management Development Program (MDP) is a comprehensive management training program primarily designed for cooperatives, trade unions, an small and medium enterprises (SMEs), while also catering to other organizations seeking management development training based on their particular needs and requirements. The program combines theoretical and practical perspectives on management, labor and industrial relations, and organizational concerns. It employs lectures, case studies, workshops, role-playing, group work, and other participatory activities as learning methods. The MDP culminates in the application of acquired knowledge and skills through a capstone activity.
