The Cipriano Cid Memorial Library of the School of Labor and Industrial Relations (SOLAIR) has one of the most comprehensive collections of labor and industrial relations materials in the country and across Asia. It holds an estimated 25,000 print and non-print materials on topics such as labor and industrial relations, human resource management, labor history, collective bargaining, workers' education, trade unions, leadership, and other related fields.

To provide users the best possible access and services to information in support of instruction, research, and extension.
The library also houses various special collections: the International Labour Organization (ILO) Collection, the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) Collection, the Cipriano Cid Collection, the SOLAIR Archives, and official SOLAIR publications.
Other services and facilities include printing services, computer stations, lounge areas, and a coffee nook (exclusive to faculty and staff).
Search across millions of print and electronic resources available in the different libraries of the University of the Philippines system via Tuklas Discovery Service, or simply Tuklas.
Tuklas is a resource discovery tool-- a gateway for all of the University’s various information resources including books, academic journals, theses and dissertations, archival documents, and articles from local newspapers, magazines, and journals, using a single search platform.
UP Diliman presently maintains subscriptions to a range of electronic journals, online databases, and research tools. These resources are accessible on-campus through IP address authentication and remotely via OpenAthens for off-campus access.
- It is an identity and access management platform that facilitates a seamless and secure Single Sign-On (SSO) experience, serving as a portal for efficient access to electronic resources subscribed to by UP. Single Sign-On (SSO) enables end-users to log in once with a single set of credentials (UP Mail account) to access all of the library’s electronic resources.
DigitalArchives@UPD is the official Institutional Repository of the UP Diliman and, as the flagship campus, it is also in charge of the permanent records of the offices of the UP System.
It serves as an online database that provides access to digital collections such as theses and dissertations for online viewing and provides the associate metadata regarding the documents.
SOLAIR theses submitted from 2012 up to the present may be viewed and even downloaded (Access Permission Category: F/Open Access) from this repository.
It is a platform that provides digital access to academic journals published by the University of the Philippines Diliman. It serves as an online repository where these journals are gathered, making them accessible to a wider audience.
This project is managed by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Development - Research Dissemination Office (OVCRD-RDO).

SOLAIR Course Reading Materials—a document delivery service unique to SOLAIR Library that allows currently enrolled SOLAIR students to request access to course-specific reading materials.

Resource on Demand Service (ROD)- is a document delivery service for UP library users that processes articles and book chapter requests from journals, books, e-resources, and other materials available only in UP Diliman Libraries. These documents are scanned and can be picked up in person or sent electronically via email.

SOLAIR Comprehensive Examination Questionnaires - A document delivery service unique to the SOLAIR Library, which allows currently enrolled SOLAIR students to request access to the compiled sets of previous SOLAIR comprehensive examination questionnaires.
NOTE: Access will be granted only to students currently enrolled in residency and those scheduled to take the Comprehensive Examination in the current term.

As the official publication of UP SOLAIR, the SOLAIR Library maintains both printed issues and electronic copies of articles from the Philippine Journal of Labor and Industrial Relations (PJLIR), spanning from 1978 to the present. The SOLAIR Library GEMS (Guide to eResources, Materials, & reSearch tools) is an initiative designed to promote and introduce the various online subscriptions, local databases, and subscribed research tools available through the UPD University Library.
